How can you get rid of shoulder fat? A full body workout and healthy diet is the only way to burn shoulder fat. But ,of course ,There are shoulder inspired exercises that should most definitely be included in your daily workout.
Try starting your workout schedule with a 30 minutes cardio, try choosing a bicycle or the treadmill to accomplish this. Enhancing the rate of your heart beat, this will prepare your body for the strength training. The dumbbells working no less than wonders will help put your shoulder muscles to work. Depending on your current strength, try choosing the dumbbell weights accordingly. Hold one dumbbell in each hand and start shrugging your shoulders, to help your shoulder muscles get into action.
Another great shoulder exercise is lateral pull downs. This is a very common machine at any gym and can be adjusted to any amount of weights to help you get started and then progress to the next level. And of course, the most traditional form of shoulder training is push ups. Many women try to avoid push ups as much as they can but it is the best way to burn excess fat in your shoulders and arms. Start with your knees on the ground and then progress as your muscles grow. Always move and push yourself to the next level; staying with the same routine is not going to get you results the key is advancement.
Perform some simple shoulder shrugs. Hold two dumbbells, one in each hand. Choose a weight that’s the most comfortable for you. Shrug your shoulders up toward your ears, hold for a second and then release. Do eight to 12 shrugs in three separate sets.
Go swimming. Swimming is another exercise that combines cardiovascular work with strength training. According to “Shape” Magazine’s calorie burn tool, a 140-pound person who swims 25 yards per minute for 30 minutes burns 200 calories (numbers change for gender and weight).
